How to: Install a vNET OIL PRESSURE sensor for IQ3 Dash

This article provides information on how to install a RacePak oil pressure sensor along with the OEM oil pressure sensor.  This information covers a Lotus Exige S (2007), other Lotus years/models may vary.

REQUIREMENTS:


  1. Bullet  RacePak IQ3 Dash

  2. Bullet  DataLink II software

  3. Bullet  RacePak Oil Pressure Sensor 220-VP-PT-OP150

  4. Bullet  ForcedFed OEM + NPT adapter

OEM Sensor

RacePak Oil Pressure Sensor

Remove the oil fitler.

Remove oil cooler lines sandwich plate (do not remove oil lines, just the sandwich plate).

Remove stock OEM sensor (be careful, fragil).

Install OEM sensor and RacePak sensor as shown (install OEM sensor to adapter first, then install adapter with OEM sensor to engine, then install RacePak sensor.
